The One Skincare Product You Aren't Using Enough

I was getting a facial a couple of months ago - not something I regularly do - although I'd like to. I have these tiny bumps under my skin on my face. They don't pop if I try (sorry, gross), but at a facial they can really get in there and squeeze the junk out (sorry, gross again). I asked my esthetician what caused them, and while I think she mentioned a few things, there was one thing that stuck with me. She said there was one thing I needed to make sure I was doing weekly: exfoliation. Exfoli-what? Yeah, definitely not part of my regular skincare routine.

Then she told me the one product people don't use enough but should: a face mask. So, there you have it. She said most people should use a face mask 2-3 times per week. I use one like maybe once a month. Perhaps that's my problem (insert hands in the air like idk emoji).

Do you have a favorite face mask? I'd love to know so hit me up in the comments below. I'm obviously partial to EVER's Purify. It smells like a spa. So, if you can't make it to one regularly (um, who can?), invest in this baby. Mediterranean clay packed with white peony flower stem cells and calendula to remove impurities, keep moisture levels balanced, and reduce redness and blemishes. Plus, did I mention it smells like a spa? If you're looking to add something relaxing to your bedtime routine, consider Purify. Use 1-3x/week. For even more exfoliation, use EVER's Reveal Pads a few times per week too.
