I’m a nurse, so my workdays sometimes meant a quick breakfast on my way to work or simply no breakfast, just coffee on a empty stomach and a late lunch, and by late i mean 4:30 in the afternoon. Then I would get home and not eat anything most of the time.     "As someone who has always struggled to have a healthy relationship with food, I can happily say that after 8 weeks in Lainey's "Makeover Your Plate" program, I've been able to refocus my mindset regarding food, feel more confident putting meals together, and not only am I enjoying my meals, but I'm not starving and I'm still losing weight!
