In this 1-hour session, we will review your diet history, your long-term goals, and your current eating patterns. We will discuss the best foods for you based on your goals and set short-term goals to help you reach your long-term goals. Included: email summary of session & nutrition handouts.

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

We'll review the goals set in the initial session, set new goals as needed, and discuss nutrition concerns (e.g. meal prepping, reading nutrition labels, tips for eating out, tips for travel, nutrient needs, etc).

In this one-hour grocery store tour, we'll navigate your local supermarket together to determine which aisles to hit and miss, how to read nutrition labels, & how to eat healthy on a budget. I'll also show you the foods that are always in my cart.

Need help with basic cooking techniques and ideas for easy, healthy recipes? In this one-hour demo, I’ll come to your house and show you how to make 1-3 recipes that we pick out together ahead of time.

The grocery store tour and cooking demo work best bundled together. We’ll start by picking out a few recipes and new foods for you to try, then we’ll head to the store and review how to navigate the aisles and read nutrition labels. We’ll end at your place cooking the foods we bought so you have 1-3 easy, healthy recipes to eat for the week and are empowered to make them on your own the next time!
