Our 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Program is the most personalized program we offer, providing the most accountability and a customized nutrition plan to fit your specific needs and lifestyle.

Step 1: Master the Mindset

For results that last, you need a new mindset around how you approach weight loss. We help you get out of the all or nothing mentality, stop seeing foods as good or bad, and develop habits that become a part of your lifestyle.

Step 2: Balance Your Plate for Fat Loss

Instead of calorie counting, we'll teach you our easy-to-follow Balanced Plate Framework & 80/20 approach. You'll learn what to add to your plate, instead of what to take away, so you can lose weight without feeling hungry, restricted, or deprived.

Step 3: Workout Smarter, Not Harder

No, you don't have to workout 6 days/wk or do endless hours of cardio. We'll teach you which workouts boost fat burn and how you can fit them into your busy life.

1:1 Coaching Program

Individual Support:

  • 75-min initial session
  • 30-min follow ups (bi-weekly)
  • Daily access to your dietitian (M-F) via chat support in our Healthie app
  • Weekly feedback on your photo food journal

Resources:

  • Recipes, videos, handouts, trackers, and worksheets in a client-only membership hub

Community Support*:

  • Community support via our membership, The Sustainable Weight Loss Society Facebook Group
  • Two group coaching calls per month with others on the same journey as you
  • Monthly challenges to keep you on track

*Participating in group support is optional

Sustainable weight loss takes time. It’s a process of undoing your old way of thinking about nutrition, and embracing a new way of approaching nutrition and weight loss (fat loss). Some of our clients make a mindset shift in 3 months. For many women it takes 6-12+ months. Simultaneously, we work on changing your habits, which also takes time. Because of the nature of this work, we require a 3-month minimum commitment.

Our 1:1 package starts at $497/month with a 3-month minimum commitment. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and Mass-General Brigham Health Partners. Insurance may cover a portion of the package (~50%) of this fee. If you have questions, send us a message or book a call.

What can I expect in the program?

You can expect to learn what realistic weight loss looks like and what you need to do to get there. We can’t promise to get you to a specific number on the scale, but we can promise to discuss with you what a realistic goal weight is for you and help you come up with the eating plan that will get you there - one you can keep up for life. If you’re just looking to get to a certain number on the scale, this is not for you. If you’d like to lose weight but care more about feeling good in your body and clothes than hitting a specific number on the scale and you’re willing to put in the work and be patient for slow and steady weight loss that lasts, then this is the program for you!
